As the battle rages on between the public-labor unions and Governor Walker in Wisconsin, the news has been focused primarily on the collective bargaining rights or the 14 democrats who fled the state to hold off a vote.
Would the unions bargaining to use a union-controlled health care company be considered a conflict of interest?
